Who Is Surf City Smash
A burger that was created at home more than 10 years ago, and made at events to raise money for multiple charities, is now available for sale to the public for the very first time. A chuck, brisket, short rib blend, is rolled into a ball and pressed down with a weighted tool to sear. Once those edges are crispy, the smash burger is topped with American Cheese, 3 hour carmelized onion bacon jam, house sliced pickles, and Surfer Sauce (Duke's mayo based). The burger is then placed on a griddled potato bun. Our care for the bun has earned us the moniker "Best Buns On The Beach".
